today obstacles , partly actual , partly legal kind . one of these guidelines was already discharged in very short time , and i am very optimistic that the other one is approved of in november still during the french council presidency . some do not stand in conformity with other legislation , for example the request for modification over the procedures in the committees . to reject i must the request for modification 38 and the suggested cancellation of the list from article 5 , in which permissible cases are specified due to the age unequal treatments . they took up the important question peripheral areas . mr . praesident ! thanks , mrs . kommissarin , for your information . in the past spring and summer the european commission accomplished a general revision of its activities and its personnel status . there are such tasks . they in increasing measure by tourists and businessmen are used , who remarkably often come from europe . the commission is the view that all enterprises will be able , to prepare in time for the final conversion for the euro to which also the adjustment of its computer systems and the software belongs . the theoretical political discussion does not stand for the charter , however with the feeling that thereby the nevertheless so necessary enthusiasm and the commitment of the citizens cannot be caused for europe , for which like usually the governments - and some more than the others - which become historical responsibility to take over to have . to the correspondent , mr . duff , according to this represents an important step for the improvement of times a framework guideline . follower-genuinly the indispensable and inalienable rights of the educating artists to a portion of proceeds from the far sale of their works represent . on the one hand
